Mix Analysis #6

Song:  The Chain
Artist:  Fleetwood Mac
Producer(s):  Fleetwood Mac, Ken Caillat, Richard Dashut

This song kind of builds on itself so rather than tell you every instrument that is playing and during what times, it proved easier to just tell you when instruments get added.  Hopefully this is acceptable.

I've always liked the 'Mac, and I think this is a particular example of why (and no it's not because they were pretty much the first episode of "The Real World").  They are incredibly talented and knew how to bring a vision together, although not necessarily keep it together.  I think "The Chain" is well mixed and very dynamic.  It's one of those songs you can listen to over and over again, and not get tired of.
