Throughout the entire song, there isn't much volume change and all of the instruments basically stay where they started in the mix.  The volume numbers I use are in relation to the other instruments (I'm not sure how some of you do the -db thing....I'm also not sure why I chose 8 as the loudest......), and the pan is obviously negative equals left and positive is to the right.

Overall I think the song is mixed pretty well.  I like how they play with the dynamics a bit and instruments come in an out.  Also I think this is an example of good song writing vs. over-production.  Some songs feel a bit too manipulated to me and this one fits together like a zipper...
